Personal Use Only

Digital Product Nature
All START OVER products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you receive a link to access your product. No physical product will be shipped. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
Account & Access
START OVER products do not require account creation. Access is provided through a direct link. You are responsible for keeping your access link safe. Lost links can be recovered by contacting us at the email provided in your purchase confirmation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use START OVER products in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of START OVER or any third party

What you may do

- Print pages for your own personal use

What you may not do
- Copy or reproduce the writing prompts, frameworks, or card content
- Share screenshots or substantial portions of the products publicly

Purchases, Refunds & Guarantee
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
Payment Processing
Purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service. START OVER does not store your payment information.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. No explanation is required. To request a refund, contact us at the email provided in your purchase confirmation with your order number.
Refunds are processed through Gumroad and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment method.
Digital Product Policy
Because START OVER products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are issued as a courtesy within the 7-day window — not as a legal requirement. After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.

Your Data & Content
Everything you write inside START OVER products stays on your own device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any text you write within the products.
The writing you do inside The Workbook and The Planner is saved locally in your browser using standard browser storage. This means:
- Your writing is never sent to any server
- No one — including START OVER — can read what you write
- Your content is stored on your device and stays there
- Clearing your browser cache will erase your saved writing — we recommend backing up important entries manually
If you access your product from a different device or browser, your previously saved writing will not transfer automatically. This is a feature, not a bug — your writing stays private, on your device only.
Limitation of Liability
START OVER products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or improvement from using our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, START OVER and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our products, including but not limited to:
- Emotional distress or psychological outcomes
- Loss of data due to browser clearing or device changes
- Decisions made based on reflections within the products
- Technical issues with access or delivery
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of START OVER products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
