Practical Guidance
Simple, safe, no overwhelm.
Low-energy cleaning shortcuts
The 5-thing rule
Pick any 5 things off the floor or counter and put them where they belong. Done is enough.
everywhere
Wipe while you wait
While the coffee brews, wipe one surface with a damp cloth. No product needed.
kitchen
Sink first, always
A clean sink makes the whole kitchen feel manageable. On low days, this can be your only task.
kitchen
Toilet and wipe
Flush, drop a tablet, wipe the seat. 90 seconds. Bathroom feels cared for.
bathroom
Laundry start, not finish
Starting laundry counts. It doesn't have to be folded today. Moving forward is enough.

Four gentle resets a year. Minimal. Intentional. No overwhelm.
๐ŸŒธ

Spring Reset

Light the space. Release what winter held.

Spring progress
0%

Spring isn't about doing everything. It's about opening what was closed. One window. One drawer. That's a beginning.

โ˜€๏ธ

Summer Reset

Keep it simple. The heat has its own pace.

Summer progress
0%

Summer asks you to slow down. A light, cool, minimal home is enough. Function over perfection, always.

๐Ÿ‚

Autumn Reset

Prepare gently. Gather what matters. Let go of the rest.

Autumn progress
0%

Autumn is the season of letting go. One bag donated. One surface cleared. You are making room for what's next.

โ„๏ธ

Winter Reset

Warmth over spotlessness. Cozy is functional.

Winter progress
0%

Winter is for warmth, not performance. A home that holds you through the cold is already enough.
